What became clear was that tool information was scattered across multiple systems.
The production management system, CAD/CAM, tool inventory management, tool presetter, and NC machine tools each had their own separate systems for registering and managing tool information, requiring the same information to be entered into each system each time.

WinTool Implementation
That's where the WinTool tool management system comes in.
They systematically manage Tool Component data using WinTool and create Tool Assembly data by assembling Tool Components. They assign a unique number to each Tool Assembly data and transfer it to CAD/CAM and tool presetters, while also using it to standardize the management of duplicates.
Furthermore, inventory management is performed on WinTool, and purchase requisition data is generated based on the reorder point for each item, which is then used for tool ordering operations.
